  • Week 1 - women working from home
  • Week 2 - self employed women
  • Week 3  - those with stress, anxiety and /or depression
  • Week 4 - open to all

An Earthwalk is an alternative nature experience that encourages you to use your senses to experience the awe and wonder of the world around you. It is a “share and do” experience of a place, emphasizing a sensory grasp of its characteristics, and an emotional response to them. In this sense, an Earthwalk is a journey into our feelings for nature. An Earthwalk can transport your mind into the natural world and offer a refuge from everyday stresses and strains.

What to expect

  • A series of between 4 and 6 linked activities introducing you to a natural area lasting approximately 1 – 1 ¼ hrs
  • 15 minutes to reflect on your experience with others
  • Followed by a cuppa and a chat lasting ½ hr
  • 2 hours in total
